If your Installation Directory of Speednet is as below:
C:\Program Files\Speednet
Then the following DLLs can be registered through this RegDLL Tool. (After downloading pl change the file extn as exe)
BNPLDLL.dll
CollectionAgent.dll
EMSDelivery.dll
SpeedNetLib.dll
